* install as usual and make sure the Destination Folder is the same as when you installed the Base Game. I usually install it in (C:\Games\Metro Exodus <== REMEMBER, THE POINT IS YOU HAVE TO INSTALL Language Changer into the folder where the GAME is installed. If it's in the wrong folder then the game won't change to English)

* Wait until finished and click Finish

* Run the game
