The hugely popular Grand Theft Auto IV created quite a buzz on the release of GTA 3 which took the world by storm with its various gameplay styles. Since then San Andreas and Vice City have made tweaks and changes to the basic formula. Grand Theft Auto IV takes photography a step further.

This game has more weird and interesting challenges than you will find in the game. In Grand Theft Auto 4 you dont actually do the low-key matching challenges or helicopter missions instead focusing on the realism and more mature feel that brought GTA into the modern era.

This action-adventure game is also played from a third-person perspective. Players must complete linear missions or scenarios with a series of goals in order to progress the story. Since some missions require the player to wait for further events or instructions various proactive actions can be performed immediately.

In addition to these missions players can explore the games open world and complete optional side missions. The Liberty City complex which is basically a fictional city in GTA 4 is said to be the largest area according to the series before entering the game. At the start of the game players can only explore the first island with other islands eventually opening up as the unique story progresses.
